Is there a maximum number of children/guests we can have at a party?
Prices for children's birthday parties include up to 15 children. Each additional child is $5
each and parties of over 25 children will require a third hostess for an additional $35.
Prices for slumber parties include up to 15 children. Each additional child is $5 each and
parties of over 25 children will require a third hostess for an additional $35.
Prices for baby showers include up to 20 shower guests. Each additional guest is $5 each
and parties of over 25 guests will require a third hostess for an additional $35.
Prices for bachelorette parties include up to 20 guests. Each additional guest is $5 each and
parties of over 25 quests require an additional hostess for an additional $35.
Note: Any event with over 35 children/guests, we will discuss additional prices either in
person or over the phone.
What if our guest list consists of a wide range of children's ages? Our party
entertainment games and contests are prepared so that children can engage in fun as
appropriately as possible.
What if we have bad weather on the party day?
We will only cancel the party in extreme circumstances where you will receive any money
you have paid minus your $50 non-refundable deposit.
Why is the deposit non-refundable?
When you pay a deposit, that is our way of saving that particular date and time on our
calendar and so we decline anyone else from using that time slot.
What if a smaller amount of children/guests attend the party than what I
paid for? Are there any refunds?
You may receive a refund if you paid in advance for additional guests you anticipated to
show up but didn't attend. The only amount that will not be refunded under any
circumstances is the $50 deposit since we have already planned and prepared for your
event.
What happens if guests arrive late?
So that our party entertainment can run smoothly, we will stick to our schedule. Anyone
who arrives late can join in the fun while it's in progress.
How do I pay to book a party?
To hold your time slot on our calendar, we will need to collect the $50 non-refundable
deposit either by personal check made payable to "Wish a Party" or cash. We will then
write up a Confirmation Letter which will state the remaining balance due for your party
event. That remaining balance will be due no later than the day of the party event upon
our arrival.
Do you travel outside of San Antonio?
Yes! We will travel outside the San Antonio area for an additional fee depending on mileage
and gas prices at the time of the event. Further details can be discussed either in person,
email or by telephone.
